The Business Map helps you to break your business down into key areas and helps you to look at exactly what you should be doing - every minute of the day - to maximise all aspects of your business. You will participate in 7 power packed modules over 4 months, learning from business experts and, just as importantly, the other participants. You’ll all work together, in strict confidence, and learn how to drive your business forward. At the end of each session you’ll create an action plan for your business challenges and you’ll know exactly what you need to do to put it into action.

1. Focus on the fundamentals
