Harry MacDivitt
Harry MacDivitt is an entrepreneur with a successful track record spanning almost 30 years. Specialising in business strategy and marketing, he is a director of several companies which sell a variety of products and services; from high technology and medical devices, through to specialised consultancy. Harry regularly travels throughout Europe, the US, and China, advising major international companies such as Michelin, Nokia, and Phillips. But back here in the UK, he enjoys nothing more than working with small and medium sized businesses, helping them to grow.
Stuart McChlery
Stuart is one of Scotland's most knowledgeable and sought after accountants. His unique style of presentation makes the traditionally dry topic of 'numbers' remarkably easy (and enjoyable) to absorb, too. Accredited with the professional accounting bodies CIMA and CIPFA, Stuart specialises in helping business leaders to establish financial controls for their businesses... and then to understand what their numbers really mean. He was previously a senior figure within KPMG, but now prefers to split his time between his own consulting business - helping a mixed portfolio of clients - and lecturing in the Department of Finance and Accounting, at Glasgow Caledonian University.
Zoe van Zwanenberg
Zoë van Zwanenberg's amazing career began in the most unlikely of circumstances... as an outpatient's receptionist and medical records clerk. Through hard work and determination, Zoë went on to work as a Director of HR and Organisation Development for InterCity, Anglia Railways and the Environment Agency before in 1999 she made a remarkable return to the NHS, as Head of the 'Strategic Change Unit'. Later, Zoë was appointed CEO of the Scottish Leadership Foundation (2001 - 2008). She says most of the 'magic' behind her spectacular rise lies in her mindset - a determination to frequently challenge her current thinking and assumptions.
