Information Session – 3 hours

At this introductory session, you will meet the other members of our group, explore your greatest business challenges, and clarify what you need to focus on to take your business to the next level.

1st, 2nd 3rd October 2010	Developing Your Entrepreneurial Mindset and Winning More Business – The Smart Way These two sessions take place at a residential weekend. Taking time out of your business over a weekend with other like minded business owners is a terrific environment to challenge your existing thinking, and share ideas and experiences freely.
22nd October 2010	Keeping Your Business On Track
5th November 2010	Getting the Best From Your People
12th November 2010	Improving Your Grasp of The Numbers
25th and 26th November	Develop Your Strategy for Success

The Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence

The Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence is given to the entrepreneur who shows us the greatest vision and commitment to taking action and driving their business forward to success. You will be invited to make a short pitch to a select panel of business experts.

Awards Dinner

To mark the end of your journey on The Business Map you are invited to join the other members of your group for a celebration dinner and presentation of the Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence.

Fee Option 1 – The Business Map - complete package

To participate in The Business Map (complete package) you need to invest 8 days of your time and £2,995 + vat. If you want to make a real difference to your business this is the route we recommend that you take.
The fee includes;

Introductory session – 3 hours
Residential weekend in a luxury hotel including all meals
Developing Your Entrepreneurial Mindset – 1 day
Winning More Business – The Smart Way – 1 ½ days
Keeping Your Business on Track – 1 day
Getting the Best from Your People – 1 day
Improving Your Grasp of the Numbers – 1 day
Develop Your Strategy for Success – 2 days
One to one coaching – 2 sessions
Materials for all sessions
Entry for the Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence
Award dinner

And we GUARANTEE that if after participating in the initial residential weekend you are not convinced that your investment of time and money in The Business Map is not going to generate returns far greater than £2,995 for you and your business then we will refund your fees in full.

Fee Option 2 – The Residential Weekend Only

You can choose to participate in only the residential weekend for a fee of £1,300 + vat.

This fee includes:

Introductory session – 3 hours
Residential weekend in a luxury hotel including all meals
Developing Your Entrepreneurial Mindset – 1 day
Winning More Business – The Smart Way – 1 ½ days

Fee Option 3 – Choice of Sessions

You can choose any three 1 day sessions for a fee of £990 + vat or a single 1 day session for a fee of £450 + vat
